In fact, the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) did a study way back in 2010 on accountability and found out that the probability of completing a goal is:
10% – If you have an idea or a goal.
25% – If you consciously decide you will do it.
40% – If you decide when you will do it.
50% – If you plan how you will do it.
65% – If you commit to someone, you will do it.
95% – If you have a specific accountability appointment with a person you’ve committed to.

How does this work?
It’s really quite simple. Commit to a 90-Day Season of Awakening with Christy and you will receive:
- The 47 Aware Quarterly printed journal, which will be your daily companion.
- Introductory Welcome & Planning Call
- Weekly one-on-one 15-minute phone or video calls to help talk through any current or upcoming hurdles
- Weekly private text check-ins of grid and awareness journaling progress
- Weekly texts for personal motivation
- A 30-minute phone call at the end of each month to review progress and make a plan for the next month’s success.
- A 60-minute phone “end of the season” phone call to review your progress, feelings and plan for your next season.
- Access to ongoing support via the 47 Aware online community, printed reminders, and tutorials for setting up digital reminders are all available via the digital download portal.

How to get started:
Step 1: Complete and submit this online form.
Step 2: Christy will be in touch with you for the Welcome Call and you’ll sign your official 47 Aware Agreement which essentially lines out everything above and provides a statement indicating you are agreeing to and asking her to hold you accountable.
Step 3: Invest in yourself. At the time of agreement, you’ll be expected to provide a $470 investment up front that can be paid by phone during the Welcome Call, via Venmo or CashApp request, PayPal or through the Digital Download store.

The beauty of this program is that it’s designed to get you started strong with habit stacking and accountability. Then, after the first season, you will more than likely be off and running on your own. All you need to do is download your next quarter’s journal and start again. Just as they do in nature, each season will vary a little. You may take new journeys based on the action steps you choose take from the new awarenesses you begin to have, but the daily list is the same. The consistency will become part of your new lifestyle.
